When I started using Facebook to build my business network, it became immediately clear that I needed a CRM.
But there are no free CRMs, or paid actually, for your personal Facebook profile. Only CRMs that connect to a Page Messenger or Messenger Bot.
I didn’t want to have to go through the painstaking manual process every time I added a new Facebook friend to have to open my CRM and add all of their info.
Plus, managing conversations in Facebook Messenger is pretty much impossible once you are talking to more than a handful of people because messages get pushed down, things get marked as read and you forget to go back, and people don’t respond to a message and you forget about them completely.
So instead, I figured out this MVP / proof of concept for a Free CRM that seamlessly works for me while I’m using Facebook to add a bunch of connections and manage a ton of conversations.
